Not much of a beginning, but one nonetheless.. I think that is the way I want it to start - with the girls doing a mean rhyme about her, and her reaction to that. Then I think I want her to find some corner of the playground and get out her notebook and start writing. I want to delve right into Mary's little world that she begins to create. Now I just have to figure out what Mary's world will be like  . I'm torn between making this a horror story and making it a sort of empowering story. I'll have to think on that.
And I think I should have stated when I started this that this project could very well take ages, because I can only work on it when I have spare time - and that spare time comes in spurts. Lately I've been swamped  But all I can say is keep checking back regularly for updates (that is, if you are interested in this to begin with.) I'll do my best to keep up with it.
