He <a title=\"How do you feel Jack? - Shitty! - Lol\" href=\"http:\/\/www.grandislandblogs.com\/13miles\" target=\"_blank\">blogged his trials and tribulations<\/a> for the paper and had a lot of people rooting for him, myself included. If you get a minute, check his blog out &#8211; he&#8217;s a great and funny writer. I don&#8217;t read many running blogs apart from <a title=\"Dad's is a gentle, mellow running blog written by a guy who'r been running for more than 30 years.\" href=\"http:\/\/gmoseman.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\">my dad&#8217;s<\/a> and Jack&#8217;s but Jack turned his into an irreverent look at what it&#8217;s like to be a novice runner preparing for your first Big Run.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, here he is at the finish.
