The Bellydancer finally wrote me back. *sigh of relief* All is in order, payment arrangements were made. Now we'll see if she holds up her end. In the end I had to kind of tell her I would be removing the site. I hated to get all mafia on her, she's a very nice lady after all but I didn't want to be stuck covering her hosting fee. I just hate dealing with this aspect of freelance stuff. From now on I'm only doing sites for people I know can cover the expense.

Anyway, just got back from a lovely evening at the pool. I'm enjoying the evening dip after work, it's rather refreshing to get out of the house and get some exercise (that I actually like doing). We go to a water park that includes a bunch of waterslides, a huge wave pool, and a lazy river kind of thing. The kidleet loves the slides, I love the wave pool. Reminds me of the ocean.

Speaking of the ocean, my sister's coming back to the states next week apparently. Her foray to the UK just didn't pan out as she'd hoped. Such a shame really, but the UK is wretched to Americans when it comes to us trying to find work over there. I understand their reasoning and all, but it just sucks for people like Kelly and I who love that country so much and nothing would make us happier than to be able to make our lives there. I s'pose that makes us anti-american according to most of the right-wing conservatives I know of, but nuts to them. I love America too, but I feel at home in the UK.

Let's see, I'm getting off-blog here.I'm meant to talk about my internet life. Ummm... I don't have much of a life online right now. My days fluctuate between working all day on websites to occasionally chatting on TCZ in the evening. Even that I've cut back on. I make the rounds on my forums, post now and then, and then I'm off to watch a movie or hit the pool, or do some shopping. Exciting eh? Ah well.
