05/05/2003: "Titles suck"

I'm finding the drawback of this blogging software is having to think up a title for every post. That is so much pressure! Then I have to think of what I will write about in advance. I'd rather just write whatever pops into my head. So now I hear you saying, "Umm Melia? Why don't you write first and see what comes out and THEN think of your title?" Well that would be too easy now wouldn't it? I don't think logically like that.

So my bellydancer finally emailed and all is well. Big sigh of relief there. Monday flew by quickly at work which is always a bonus. I've discovered 'Qua' is a word thanks to Yahoo's word games. And X-Men 2 rocked my socks off. I have to see that one again. So things are going well this week so far *touch wood*. Oh I also had a nice long talk with an ex-boyfriend this weekend.

It's funny really, I have dated a grand total of 3 guys that I met via the Internet. And I still talk easily with each of them. Well, let's see, the last one I dated I rarely see online anymore but when I do we still chat. He and I sort of mutually split up right after I moved to England because there just was no chemistry romantically, and frankly, he was a rebound relationship, but as friends we got on wonderfully so that was probably the easiest breakup I've ever had. The first guy I dated online I fell for, but well when you discover he's cheating on you in front of your mutual friends, that lovey-dovey feeling ends pretty quick. But despite his wanker-ness, we still chat occasionally. The guy in the middle, well he was something else. I'd rather not go into details on that one, just suffice to say that he was difficult to get over. But again, we still talk and I'm glad.

Where am I going with this? I just find it amusing that the other serious relationships I've had, my ex-husband and a guy I dated for a few months that I met here in my town, I don't speak to them at all. Nor do I have any desire to. Weird eh? Either I just lucked into dating three decent guys (well apart from the cheating thing) or there's something about the internet that makes keeping in contact with exes easier.

Simulated diamonds have long been held in disfavor, because of the assumption that simulation necessarily implies inferiority offroad-argentina.com.ar. So it might come as something of a surprise that many professional gemmologists are now selling simulated diamonds alongside the real thing. Many of mans finest creations have been born in the lab, and moissanite diamonds are no exception. refinancehomemortgagecheap.com http://www.refinancehomemortgagecheap.com/links.html
